Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every piece you order from Cosmik Ratna. If something is not right, here is exactly how we will make it right.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests received after 7 days cannot be processed.
- Unused, in original condition
- Original packaging intact
- Lab certificate & tags included
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Energized or personalised items
- Items with broken tamper seal
- Used / worn pieces
- Astrology kits once opened
2. Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrived damaged or you received a wrong item, please email us at support@cosmikratna.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a short unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost.
3. Refund Process
- Initiate the return by emailing support@cosmikratna.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
- We will share a return shipping label or pickup details.
- Once we receive and inspect the product (1–2 business days), we will approve the refund.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via UPI / bank transfer.
4. Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? We are happy to swap your item for another gemstone of equal value (or you can pay the difference). Just mention it when you contact us.
5. Return Shipping
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns, a flat ₹150 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, please follow the return process above.
